• Make sure UPS are running smoothly.
• First hand small office IT support including taking care of desktops (Windows 7, XP), printers, servers & Avaya phones.
• Back office system management (Active Directory 2008 and Exchange 2010 Administration, SQL 2008 servers and Veeam Backup).
• Maintain windows updates through WSUS.
• Support iPADs, iPhones, Android mobile devices.
• Training and support for staff on in house systems (email M/Soft Office & client database system).
• Producing Reports and Creating scheduled tasks
• Reducing IT costs by tender and consolidation
• Maintain Licenses and software requirements
• Maintain and Develop Remote access suitability (Cisco VPN, Citrix).
• Maintain and Develop UK and HK Office overall performance.
• Liaise with 3rd party providers.
