Our client requires a Programme Manager to join their team.

The requirement of this position is to drive timely achievement of classroom and work-based qualifications and ensure that the highest quality product is delivered through the effective management of a team of Senior Tutors and Tutor Assessors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive framework and QCF achievement through their team of Tutor Assessors across an agreed geographical and occupational area.

- Ensure qualifications are delivered in accordance with KPI's, awarding body guidelines and success rates as determined by their company, SFA and Ofsted.

- Review Tutor performance through quality one to one reviews and field monitoring visits.

- Support with verification and sampling portfolios as required under their guidelines.

- Assist in the training and development Tutor Assessors' to ensure knowledge and understanding is up to date.

- Ensure that the delivery model is carried out effectively in each centre / area and maintain the regional occupancy of each course and caseload.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Ensure all learners are registered and certificated in a timely manner and are on the correct qualifications.

- Assist in the quality processes, adhering to systems and standards. Support continuous improvement, ensuring the self-assessment process is rigorous.

- Attend standardisation and panel meetings and meet with External Verifiers as and when required.

- Drive learner achievement through use of Management Information Systems.

- Ensure that documentation is completed correctly and submitted for processing within the agreed timescales and to the required standard.

- Ensure Tutors are compliant with the Learner Pathway.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Achieve the KPI target of achievers per month.

- Ensure learners achieve their programme in a timely manner (within their planned end date).

- Maintain effective quality systems and procedures to retain direct claim status with the awarding bodies.

- Support unqualified Tutor Assessor to achieve their TAQA and PTTLs qualification within 6 months.
