You will also be expected to ensure new processes and applications are documented, demoed and handed over fully to the IT Service Desk, continually review applications and code, create, maintain and update user access levels and design, develop, test and maintain integration with other core applications.

The successful candidate will have some experience of working within a similar role (this could be in work experience capacity) and will hold a relevant, recognised IT qualification. You should be confident in using C#, T-SQL, Javascript, XML, XSLT, CSS and HTML and you will be a strong communicator who can deal with all levels of individuals, including non-technical. It is essential that you are highly organised and can plan and prioritise a heavy workload with ever changing responsibilities. You must also be able to think outside the box to come up with innovative resolutions to problems that may occur. You will be customer focussed and understand the important of using your time wisely and you will be keen to learn new skills and abilities.
