Start your day knowing you'll make a difference - we are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, pro-active Female Support Workers to join our team in Worcester who can create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support.
Dimensions supports three ladies in their own house, one lady lives downstairs and the other two ladies live upstairs. Due to the health and communication needs of the ladies they require support all the time. Support workers will have to confidently lone working with the ladies as well as supporting 2:1 out in the community at times. Full service specific training is provided to support workers
The ladies enjoy a wide range of activities and going out and about in the community. We support one lady to attend her mosque and observe her religious needs too. Due to the ladies needs, a driver for this role is essential as the ladies have their own vehicle to access the community and activities. There's a separate bedroom for support workers who are required to stay overnight; and you'll be part of a team that works flexibly on a rota. The location of the service is easily accessible by public transport.
