Our client based in Worcester are looking for Dedicated Factory Operative on a 13 week temp to perm contract Ideally with experience in factory/ production environment.
Our client is a Industry leader in the production of premium quality aluminium and magnesium castings by the sand casting and investment casting processes for aerospace, defence and medical applications.
They are looking for someone who is dedicated hardworking and reliable who they can train on all departments as they like to have a multi skilled workforce, there are also opportunities for progression to a team leader and even management.
The job itself to begin with, will involve trimming and filing down aluminium castings and also shot blasting during the process. After initial training the successful candidate will then be trained on other departments- sawing and cutting, spraying, mould making and casting, other aspects of the foundry.
This is a great opportunity to build a career in the Aerospace manufacturing industry and there is further opportunities for progression and training.
Pay rate- GBP8.21
Hours- 07:45 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday & Friday 07:30 - 13:30.
Location is in Worcester.
Previous factory/ production experience is preferred with an engineering background.
