The company are looking for a Junior Developer to join their award-winning team of creative thinkers, branding experts and digital strategists.

You'll be a strategic and forward-thinking Junior Developer looking to work on some exciting digital projects and expand your knowledge and skill set in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role requires excellent communication skills for working with both internal and external team members. It will also offer the opportunity to work at the forefront of our digital and mobile projects, dealing with boundary pushing practices and the latest digital innovations and technologies.

You'll be joining a highly accomplished team that buzzes with passion and ideas - inspired by their Oxford Street location and a constant flow of new briefs from new and existing clients, all fuelled by spontaneous burrito lunches, Friday cocktail hour and snacks on tap.

Key requirements of the role:

  • Build responsive websites utilising general standards HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and PHP based on WordPress
  • Maintain custom build plugins
  • Basic management of our virtual server (running LAMP stack)
  • Quality control and testing for outsourced website builds
  • Explore and introduce new technology to help push the agency's innovation

You'll need:

  • Understanding of mobile app development and latest mobile technology trends
  • Knowledge of UX/UI wireframing
  • Experience with a wide range of API and plugins (Such as Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc)
  • Overall understanding of website security and testing practices
  • Ability to convey ideas and methods when client facing
  • Creation of user documentation such as CMS guides & analytics reports
  • Experience within an integrated creative agency
  • An eye for detail
  • Knowledge of sketch is preferred but not essential
  • Experience with e-commerce site build processes would be beneficial
