The Role:
Tractor Technician
To provide technical support on tractor machinery.
Providing support whilst in the office by supporting the product specialist and other members of the tractor quality team.
Supporting them by coaching importers or dealers with repair techniques & technical knowledge and answering customer enquiries.
Supporting the importer on PDI and customer training activities.
Providing detailed technical investigation reports when on customer sites.
These sites are located anywhere across the UK and Europe.
Time will be spent between the office, customer sites in the UK and travelling to Europe with up to 50% of time spent in Europe.
Can be spending anywhere between a few days to a week in these countries at short notice.
Weekends and Evening Standby when required.
The Ideal Person:
Looking for someone who is flexible.
Open to travelling across the UK and Europe as this is a huge requirement of the role.
Mechanical or Agriculture engineering background or knowledge.
Service Technician experience.
Knowledge and practical knowledge of tractors ideal.
