As we continue to develop our technology offering at a rapid rate, we’re now looking for a Sales Manager to help us achieve monthly revenue targets and play a key role in our ambitious growth plans. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager or Team Leader to build their own client portfolio and also to manage a growing sales team.

Your Role 

As the Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of a sales team to drive revenue growth of our proprietary recruitment technology ‘Webrecruit ATS’, as well as our recruitment advertising solutions, within a defined sales territory. 

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your role will involve: 

- A high emphasis on developing an outbound new business sales mentality and culture across the team 
- Assisting in recruiting, motivating and developing a sales team, whilst operating as a player/manager 
- Running individual and team training sessions, managing pipelines and conducting appraisals 
- Creating a high-volume, high value pipeline of business 
- Developing profitable relationships with a new account base and driving our growth, both for the team and yourself 

About You 

To be considered as our Sales Manager, you will need: 

- Team leadership or management experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment 
- A proven track record of success generating business growth through outbound business development activities 
- Previous experience as a player/manager 
- To be a motivated, self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of a sales team 
- To possess a proactive, confident approach in relationship building with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Proven experience in cross-selling and upselling 
- To ensure the sales team have the required sales skills, product knowledge, and market focus to be successful 

Experience in the recruitment industry (recruitment technology, advertising or consultancy) would be advantageous, but not essential.
