Experience in estate management or block management previously will be a huge benefit as the ideal candidates will be overseeing Major works (section 20) and be qualified to IRPM Associate Level. Being a natural self-starter with a strong ability to work on your own initiative, you will be involved in all of the day to day management of the site including duties within ARMA guideline and RICS code of practice, this is a busy site so every day will present fresh challenges and focus.
