We are working to appoint a Bookings Clerk to provide a high level of customer service to a busy After Sales department in Stoke-On Trent.
This is a showroom based role and you will be the first point of contact for all our customers when they visit or telephone the business. You will, therefore, be an experienced customer facing professional with an excellent telephone manner.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a car showroom however, training can be provided.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Database would be an advantage, together with good keyboard, administration and communication skills.
This position is a Full-time role.
So, if you have a warm and friendly personality, articulate, confident, possess excellent written and spoken English, work well within a team and have either customer service or receptionist experience then we want to hear from you.
