Customer Service Adviser

As a Customer Service Adviser you will be key in building long term relationships with our clients and will be the first point of contact for any enquiry into the business. You must therefore have a confident and professional telephone manor.

Your day to day tasks will include taking inbound calls, answering queries and resolving any customer issues. This will include working alongside other members of the team within the various departments of the business and basic office administrational duties.

You must be able to perform within a fast pace environment and manage your own work load in a timely manner.

  • Education to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths, English C or above.
  • Must have previous experience in a call centre or customer service department.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word.

Working hours Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

  • Salary dependent on experience.
