About the Role
This is an exciting new role, focused on helping our people improve the quality of their services by applying quality improvement tools and techniques.
As part of the Assurance & Quality team, you will use QI techniques to identify quality issues, improvement aims and solutions in order to improve services for all St John people as well as our patients, communities and customers.
This is a national role supporting the culture of continuous improvement and delivery of high quality first aid, ambulance and community services, many of which are regulated activities.

About You
You will be skilled at building relationships to support and challenge others. You will be comfortable and effective in working with people from different functions. You will also be a coach and have strong influencing skills.
You will have experience of making a significant impact in improving quality through the application of QI techniques in a complex and multi-disciplinary organisation.
You will be required to travel nationally on a frequent basis and the flexibility to work irregular hours if required.
