EXTRA CARE ESTATE MANAGER
Pemberley Place, Bath
£24,512 pa (including line manager’s allowance)
36 hours/week • Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (at least one day per week will be 7.00am - 3.00pm)
The role

We are now recruiting for an Estate Manager at Pemberley Place in Bath at our new Extra Care scheme which is opening in late 2019.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Anchor Hanover at the start of a new development and vision for our Extra Care services for older people. You will ensure the smooth running of the estate, including the management of estate based staff and provide a flexible and local housing management and support service to meet the needs of customers living at the scheme.
About you
