Bridge McFarland LLP are recruiting for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join a highly reputable and successful law firm.
A vacancy has become available for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant at our Grimsby Office. Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a law firm.
The Receptionist / Admin Assistant’s duties include: greeting visitors, processing incoming calls, audio typing and office administration duties to ensure the smooth effective running of the office. Please see job description for further details.
The ideal candidate should be of smart appearance, have an excellent telephone manner, and experience working in a similar role. It is also important that the candidate is comfortable with Audio Dictation as they will be expected to carry out regular typing duties.
