Maidstone, Kent
Full Time, Permanent
circa £45,000 per annum depending on skills

We are really excited to be setting out the next chapter for Golding.

With an established track record for building quality homes and investing in our local communities, this provides us with an excellent platform to launch an ambitious new vision, focusing our efforts on becoming a modern, growing, efficient people business.

We recognise and value our people as our most important asset in achieving each of our strategic priorities and have developed a new HR Strategy to not only support our priorities, but also our vision and values. As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Business and Talent Partner to support the development of the HR function and wider business.

The HR Business and Talent Partner will look to build strong working relationships with business areas, providing good counsel and pragmatic advice on people related matters, as well as designing and delivering organisational wide learning programmes.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will be a proactive driver of change to the Leadership team and managers, delivering HR & L&D solutions through consultation and a partnering approach.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who will provide high quality, objective and robust business partnering support for both operational and strategic people initiatives. You will lead activities that focus on building the talent needed for the business to reach its vision and strategic ambition.

Our ideal candidate must be CIPD (or equivalent) qualified. You will have an excellent working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice with knowledge of modern learning solutions. You will have previous experience leading HR projects and supporting cultural change and interventions. A full UK driving licence is essential for this post.
