We recognise and value our people as our most important asset in achieving each of our strategic priorities and have developed a new HR Strategy to not only support our priorities, but also our vision and values. As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed term HR Change Lead to drive and support the transformational change needed in the HR function.
As the HR Change Lead, you will review all systems, processes and policies for maximum efficiency and lead the change process of these, using digital platforms, supporting organisational change in partnership with HR Business Partners and implement recruitment accreditation across the business.
Our ideal candidate will be CIPD (or equivalent) qualified. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will have previous experience of driving change within an HR function. You must demonstrate resilience with an ability to manage high workloads. A full UK driving licence is essential for this post.
