About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Services Team and wider Asset Management team following a restructure. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the call centre team and be heavily involved in providing the primary repairs and maintenance services to Habinteg tenants, where accurate timely and quality diagnosis of repairs play a key role in managing the maintenance contractors. You will engage on a daily basis with your colleagues across Habinteg, customers and stakeholders to ensure that high performance is maintained. Whilst this role is based in our Bradford office, travel to our other offices may be required at times.
