Due to the ever growing estate within the UK, we are now looking for an Area Manager to lead Herefordshire, Shropshire and South Wales. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this is a leading role within the Operations function and an opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark within a busy area.

This will involve leading a group of stores within the defined areas by ensuring Site Managers have the correct tools, training and guidance to drive the business forward and you will be the first point of call for all store queries, ranging from maintenance issues to recruitment within the area.

This role demands an individual who has strong multi-site retail experience and proven success in achieving sales targets. With a positive, self-motivated attitude, you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.

We’d also like you to be comfortable working under pressure, in a small team environment and have the ability to successfully manage people. You’ll have experience of working with MS Office and a CRM system – knowledge of the fuel sector would be beneficial, however this isn’t essential.

Due to the nature of this role you will need to hold a full UK driving license.
