Are you a experienced Field Service Engineer? Do you fancy a change?
You could work for a nationwide supplier of non-operated plant who have 8 depots throughout the UK. With over 50 years of service this company is growing and requires passionate individuals.
You will earn a competitive salary + a competitive benefits package including company pension, company service vehicle and a mobile phone!
Working hours; 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday + overtime as and when required
Each morning you will be required to start at the Halstead depot to be given your jobs for the day so it is important you live fairly local to maintain a healthy work / life balance. Flexibility will be required as you may be required to work from an alternative depot.
Key Responsibilities:-
On-site Maintenance of plant equipment
On site servicing and preventative maintenance
Assistance with technical fault finding in both hydraulic and electrical fields
passing on technical knowledge to other members of staff, including training
Working closely with apprentices whilst carrying out repairs

What do you need?
Previous Plant maintenance experience, including hydraulics
Full UK Driving Licence, ideally clean
Familiarisation with compaction equipment - though machine specific training will be provided
CSCS card holder - though you will be provided with this is successful
This role does require a lot of heavy lifting so a good quality of Health/Fitness is essential
NVQ Level 3 Plant maintenance qualification is desirable
