Customer Services Assistant Newcastle
36.25 hours per week
£16,320- £18,870 + benefits package
Our Customer Services Assistants are responsible for providing a high standard of internal and external customer service.
Key responsibilities include
- Dealing with customer enquiries at first point of contact (supporting colleagues to respond effectively to customer enquiries - in person, by telephone and via email/website), passing specialist matters onto colleagues as required.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post in line with protocol.
- Carrying out electronic filing
- Servicing meetings at our offices.
