Health and Safety Advisor
Cranleigh Health & Safety are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading technology business who operate globally within the renewable energy sector. Due to their growth and increasing workload, they are looking to hire an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to be based at their Nottingham office. The Health and Safety Advisor will be NEBOSH qualified (or equivalent) and ideally, have knowledge of the utility / energy sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an extremely rewarding environment and be at the forefront of the Health & Safety side to the business.
Health & Safety Advisor Responsibilities and Duties:
- To work effectively and efficiently with fellow employees in driving the businesses Safety culture and performance
- To identify and assess areas of risk within the business. Following this up by developing solutions to address these issues.
- To perform incident and accident investigations
- To lead staff health & wellbeing initiatives
Health & Safety Advisor Experience and Qualifications required:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (essential)
- Experience working with and maintaining an ISO-compliance management system
- Knowledge of the energy / utility sector (desirable)
- Ability to travel with a flexible, pragmatic approach to getting things done

Role: Health & Safety Advisor
Pay Rate: GBP30k - GBP35k
Job Type: Monday - Friday, Permanent role
Industry: Renewable Energy / Utilities / Technology / Engineering
Location: Nottingham, Global travel will be required a few times a year
