We are an online portal dedicated to delivering up-to-the-minute content surrounding the luxury yachting and lifestyle community. Working with in-depth print platforms, bespoke video content, offline events and online features, as well as a database of each yacht to ever reach the water, this is a digital business with a small, friendly and creative team working hard to be the best. We are currently looking for a sharp and enthusiastic Content Writer / Production Assistant to join a progressive company and a creative team working to deliver high-quality content on a daily basis.

About the Role

Responsible for creating and managing content - from crafting engaging editorial and social media content to updating site content on a daily basis- you will work with Digital Editors to generate feature ideas, keep ahead of the curve to break news and keep the website itself up-to-date.
Not only is this a journalistic role, but a chance to show off your content management and marketing abilities across numerous platforms both online and at events across the world.

Speak to thousands across social media or join us on the docks of Monaco to deliver video interviews on location, this is a varied role requiring a proactive individual willing to step forward and bring new ideas to the table. This role is ideal for a postgraduate with a years experience looking to break into the fast-paced world of Content & Editorial, with a keen eye for detail and an organised, self-motivated manner.

Graduate Content Manger / Features Writer Responsibilities:

+ Attending editorial meetings to generate new ideas for the week
+ Transforming ideas into authentic stories
+ Editing photos and archiving media content
+ Working in a team to stay informed and research potential opportunities for the company
+ Keeping a tight-schedule to reach numerous deadlines
+ Delivering a weekly newsletter to thousands
+ Take control of quality and content across the website
+ Scheduling high-impact social media campaigns
+ Writing promotional or marketing materials for the company
+ Updating the website with new content from fleet data to sponsored listings

Graduate Content Manger / Features Writer Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

+ An excellent communicator
+ An advanced grasp of the English written language
+ A relevant degree to either Marketing, English, Journalism or Media Studies
+ An ambition to be the best and stay ahead of the competition
+ A friendly, open and creative individual looking to become part of a team
+ Interested in learning new techniques, open to constructive criticism and open to new subjects
+ Organised and able to stick to tight deadlines
+ A natural affinity with social media and a good mind for creative ideas
+ Comfortable using content management systems (CMS) and or database software
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Team player
+ Microsoft Office essential, Adobe Creative Suite a huge bonus
+ Training for the Creative Suite may be an option for the right candidate
+ An interest in Yachting / Sailing would be advantageous
