Their design team work round the clock researching dress up trends to bring you the most creative designs and each and every costume is designed by the UK team.

They’re looking for an innovative Designer to join their creative team, to be a fundamental part of their growth plans and to complement the existing team. They have a fantastic Design team who work closely to support each other in delivering considered designs for all parts of the business.

Working with their National Accounts Buyers, Buyers for Independents and Technical teams, you will create and design Costumes, Accessories, Make Up, Wigs and Decorations for their UK, European and USA customers ensuring designs are up to date with emerging trends, fashions and fads, as well as general themes relating to film, music, fabrics, colours, shapes and new technologies. 

Planning and developing innovative ranges for all customers and ensuring that these are delivered in line with customer specifications, price points and with broader commercial awareness, you will have the opportunity to attend research, trade fair, buying, sourcing and development trips in the UK / Europe and Far East to identify new areas for development and innovative product areas that ensure the brand name is synonymous with innovation, creativity and quality.

With solid fashion designer experience, ideally in costume / licenced products, and great communication skills, candidates must be able to give and receive feedback professionally and willingly and be accustomed to working in a team environment where support for team members is given and reciprocated. 

Self-motivated and proactive with strong organisation and prioritisation skills, you should have knowledge of manufacturing and design and be a consistent creative talent with the ability to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
