Interim Community Safety Partnership Manager

GBP319.75 per day
Our client is looking for an experienced Interim Community Safety Partnership Manager.
Able to service and facilitate the Community Safety Partnership Board and its Subgroup meetings; this includes Domestic Homicide Reviews. Experienced in writing strategies and action plans in line with legislation to progress the work of the Community Safety Partnership and the wider agenda
• Experienced in managing governance Boards Working knowledge in regard to Community Safety Partnership agenda/work, Excellent communicator with organisational skills (able to take minutes)
* Demonstrable skills in developing policy and procedures, in developing systems and tools that effectively evaluate quality of practice, in evaluating management information and performance indicators.
* Skilled in effectively analysing information, evaluating situations, developing coherent and effective responses, and gaining agreement to SMART plans.
* Able to communicate complex ideas and information in a clear and concise way. This includes having excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent presentational skills supported by strong inter-personal skills that include being able to motivate others, to negotiate, and to achieve consensus.
* Good ICT skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
Knowledge
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of legislation, guidance, policy and practice relating to community safety and domestic abuse.
