Enthusiastic, articulate technician needed to support our development team and help desk.

Duties will include:

+ Web application testing and quality assurance
+ Liaising between our development and help desk teams.
+ Assisting our help desk with technical enquiries.
+ Managing the technology required for delivery of webinars
+ Maintenance of a network of Windows PCs
+ Liaising with our IT support company

Essential Skills required:

+ Experience of web application testing
+ Flexible, creative, problem solving
+ Ability to work independently and in a team
+ Knowledge of SQL
+ Knowledge of Windows 10

Desirable skills:

+ Full UK driving licence
+ Knowledge of GDPR and Cyber Essentials

Excellent working environment in the Innovation Centre at the University of Kent
Starting salary £23,000 per annum
