Account Executive
Experts in their field, this business grows and supplies a range of fresh, peeled and prepared products to the retail, wholesale and food manufacturing sectors.
A fantastic opportunity is now available for an Account Executive to join the team working with their largest Retailer Account. Suited to a candidate with 18 months plus experience, we are particularly seeking applications from those from an FMCG background with previous exposure to Tesco either through direct Account support & development or from a more data analytics background who has the ability to operate basic Tesco systems.
Acting as the "right hand" to the Commercial Manager, the role is exciting, challenging and fast paced with no two days being the same. This position has real potential for career development into Account Management where the right attitude and aptitude can be demonstrated.
You will be a positive, motivated personality who has excellent IT skills, a good head for figures, pro-active and able to work effectively as both part of a team and on your own initiative.
Key elements of the position will include;
*Working in close collaboration with the retailers procurement teams
*Tracking and identifying "up selling" opportunities across core & promotional lines
*Forecasting & consumer insight, creation of business plans
*New Product Development & innovation
*Customer presentations & supporting Customer visits
*Development of promotional plans
*Managing order profiles and planning imports
