Our client is growing and highly ambitious business, under new ownership, and seeking to flourish with new retailer customers on board, and a highly talented and team of professionals at the helm. As part of a team development plan they seek a talented Product Development professional to join their team.
NPD Manager
The role will be responsible for all company NPD and EPD, with a focus on bringing new products and concepts to the market, as well as driving excellence in process development, product launches and critical paths.
Key Responsibilities
* Liasing directly with all customers to identify new products and new opportunities for the business
* Being the key custodian of all critical path activities
* Organising and planning production trials and launches
* Remaining ahead of market trends and profiling the client as a market leader for NPD
Key Attributes
* Extensive experience in either an NPD and/or Process Leadership role
* Technical / Science related qualifications
* Strong technical awareness and retailer competence
* Ability to influence customers, suppliers and other site functions
The role would suit someone with a strong food processing background and with some leadership experience, who seeks the opportunity to grow with a company that is becoming a leader in their segment
