Field Based (travelling to individuals’ homes throughout Plymouth)

Your Role 

As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you will provide a high level of support to a number of individuals living in the Plymouth area. 

You will support people with elements of personal care, including meal preparation, light domestic duties and encouraging individuals to get involved in their community. 

About You 

While no experience is essential, to join us as a Community Healthcare Assistant, you will need: 

- A full driving licence and access to your own transport 
- Great communication skills 
- A positive approach 
- Strong time-management abilities
