Joining them as a Direct Delivery Team Leader you will support the SSW Operations Manager in providing management and direction to enable the ESF Skills Support for the Workforce contract to meet its contractual and business objectives.

Offering strong, performance driven management and operational support to enable the effective delivery of the contract, you must provide a team of trainers with day to day line management and support and be responsible for the initial allocation and subsequent delivery of work streams as they arise.  Essentially you will oversee and manage the quality and compliance of training and the appropriate materials and delivery methods available.

This role requires flexibility, personal drive and a commitment to exceeding contractual targets as well as the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high levels of performance.

Applicants will hold a relevant level 3 qualification in occupational area, assessor qualifications and a minimum of PTLLS teaching qualification or equivalent.  With recent experience of managing, motivating and inspiring a team and of delivering contract targets effectively and within the agreed time frame/budgets. You must have a background of assessing in the workplace, have excellent communication skills and be a qualified IQA.
