Customer Service Assistant
We are looking for a full time member of staff to join our team at an established family run business in Slaithwaite, Huddersfield.
Main tasks include:
- Handling incoming calls and email
- Inputting orders via computerised system
- Liaising with external sales team relating to customer queries, issues and orders
- Liaising with external companies relating to customer queries, issues and orders
- Liaising with technical team to obtain product information
- Maintaining accurate records
Previous experience in a customer service and exporting role would be preferable but not essential as full training will be given. Good communication skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and being able to prioritise your workload and a can do attitude is essential.
