Due to expansion we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced 3rd Line Support Developer to join our head office based in Otley, West Yorkshire.

On a day to day basis you will deal with support tickets raised under an ITIL SLA structure, which will involve investigating, debugging and deploying fixes for database driven web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. You will work effectively in a collaborative software environment using source control.

Previous experience in a development or a Support Developer role is essential. Substantial commercial experience of developing web based software solutions using ASP .Net framework with C# or VB, MVC, SQL, Linq, Javascript/ JQuery, Web API, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server are required. AGILE/DevOps software development would also be beneficial. Further to this you must have good knowledge and proficient skills in networking, server and computer maintenance.

A confident communicator you will be comfortable liaising with people at all levels, various departments and clients. You must be approachable and friendly with a good telephone manner and a keen eye for detail. Ability to get up to speed rapidly with key systems and a desire to learn new technologies and methodologies is required. Excellent organisational and time management skills are also crucial for this role.
