They have multiple positions available and their current team is a healthy variety of ex brokers, B2B sales people and graduates. Therefore, we are looking for likeminded, hungry, success driven, innovative, enthusiastic, and energetic sales people to join our clients rapidly growing, high performing team.
They offer above average, un-capped commissions, with an environment designed completely around working hard, playing hard and enjoying their successes.
Their top earners are currently taking home over GBP100,000 per annum.
Responsibilities and Duties
Role:
* Service their own database of clients to see if they require your services again.
* Use their state-of-the-art matching technology to find the best services and products for their customers.
* Maintain performance over a number of KPI verticals.
* Liaise directly and 'broker' with their clients to secure funds and better deals for our customers.
* Work directly with the Ops, marketing and Dev teams to maximise our potential.
* Maximise ALL business opportunities (be able to spot extra opportunities in every deal).
* Consistently maintain (Apply online only) dials a day and 4hrs plus call time.
* Proactively seek new leads outside of current lead channels via referrals.
* Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, prospect clients, internal and external customers.
Qualifications and Skills
Key Skills:
* Above average IT knowledge in order to use their matching platforms
* Adept in Excel, Word, and outlook
* Previous Sales Training will be required
* Excellent time management skills required
* Social media skills a must
* Good listening skills, understanding how and where to place complex enquiries.
* Sees things from prospect clients, introducers, internal and external customers point of view; identifies their needs and has a proactive approach to building relationships and maintaining them.
* Meticulous and tenacious in ensuring they exceed previous targets month on month
* Demonstrates an above average ability to work with numbers
* Use, develop and sell the products and processes; be proactive in acquiring knowledge of products
* Understand the importance of legal documentation and the impact on the company of ensuring these are correct
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
* Skills -Numeracy and literacy; IT- Microsoft Office, in particular Excel; planning and organising; Customer service skills and ability to work alone whilst being a team player
* Qualifications -Educated to at least GCSE standard
DESIRABLE FOR THE ROLE:
* Experience - sales experience - any b2b sales
* Skills -Basic Finance product knowledge, experience supporting marketing and tech dev
