A well known Broker is currently looking to recruit an additional Account Executive into its busy and very successful High Net Worth Clients team.

You will have the experience and high level of interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with some of the most influential and wealthy individuals, not only in the UK but across Europe.

Our client has a strong reputation for providing superior service and accordingly achieves a high retention rate and also many enquiries at renewal.

Accordingly you will be responsible for providing a full advisory and personal service to VIP clients across all classes of Personal Lines business as well as building your own pipeline of new clients via networking events and contacts.

Your first priority should always be to provide first class service for your customers and to get to understand exactly what their Insurance requirements are in order to provide them with the best possible deal. Often you will need to use all your experience to be proactive about this and to ensure they are fully covered.

You will be able to negotiate to arrive at competitive quotes and persuade your clients of the benefits of the options you propose.

You will deal with both new and existing business and be able to identify opportunities to up sell to the advantage of your clients.

Person Specification:-

• Proven track record of working in a sales environment and managing your own workloads
• Good experience of the High Net Worth personal insurance market
• Strong communication and influencing skills
