The client is a public sector organisation seeking a HR Advisor in Grimsby.
Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor are:
- Policy development and implementation: updated existing and develop new policy in relation to the strategic and operational needs of the organisation. Ensure policy training is provided for education and awareness at manager and staff level, referring to CIPD guidance on best practice.
- Employee Relations: support HR team and staff with employee relations as required ensuring full compliance with employment legislation and advising on reasonable actions, covering formal grievances and disciplinary, absence and performance management, changes to terms and conditions.
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: working on an existing scope of work, work closely with the HR Director to develop our ED&I strategy and create a programme of relevant initiatives.
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will:
- be CIPD qualified ESSENTIAL
- be immediately available ESSENTIAL
