Learning Support Workers
Coleg Elidyr is a successful and well-established specialist college for young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. We are looking to recruit the following:
LEARNING SUPPORT WORKERS: 40 hours per week – various shifts £18,011.20 - £19,989.64 per annum
LEARNING SUPPORT WORKER (WAKEFUL NIGHTS): 35 hours per week - £18,011.20 - £19,989.64 pro rata per annum with an honorarium payment of £1,227.00 pro rata per annum

Previous experience of working with young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities is desirable but not essential as all the required training will be provided.
Successful candidates will work with students across education and care adopting a person centred approach to learning in a variety of situations such as house based, external work experience or social activity environments. You will have an understanding and commitment to working with young people with a determination to support them in achieving their personal goals.
