Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be partnering our client based in St Austell in Cornwall in their search for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
My client is looking to bring in a HR Advisor to be part of their team to cover the full remit of a Generalist role. This is a perfect opportunity for a candidate to really get stuck in to their work and be part of a fun working environment.
HR Advisor - The role
??Provide advice to line managers on the full range of HR issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, restructures, and TUPE and performance management.
??Confidently provide accurate HR support to all managers throughout the business.
??Substantial knowledge of current employment legislation and experience of interpreting and applying this to cases.
??Ideally from an ever evolving, commercial, fast paced environment.
HR Advisor - The Person
??Ability/ experience of working in standalone role/ isolation from a HR team - working with autonomy.
??Sound ER experience - complex case management, restructures, absence and Sound Performance management is key.
??Ability to prioritise the workload and understand that everyday will be different, so flexibility is crucial.
??Positive attitude in all aspects of the role.
