Our established client in Maldon are looking for a Sales Administrator with previous experience from within the Manufacturing industry.
You will need to be calm and methodical and able to deal with multiple tasks and deadlines at any given time. You must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills, and enjoy working in a busy and varied environment. You must be Computer literate, with good numeracy and literacy skills, and have strong planning and organisation abilities.
You will be responsible for updating customer records, responding to emails and incoming calls from existing and new customers, arranging and scheduling engineers, raising sales invoices, and sending out and recording quotations. Other duties will include chasing engineers for completed service reports, liaising with purchasing, communicating updates to customers and all administrative tasks as required.
This is a temporary - permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm. This role will pay between GBP9.50-GBP11 per hour depending upon experience.
