Family Solicitor
JT Recruit are currently recruiting for a Solicitor for one of our clients in Nottingham
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a mixed caseload of divorce & separation, child arrangements, care proceedings, matrimonial finance & property, mediation, collaborative law, forced marriage and domestic abuse injunctions. The Requirements
* Managing your own caseload appropriate to your level of experience
* You must be ambitious person who is enthusiastic about their area of law
* Highly organised, accurate, with the ability to keep meticulous records and accounts
* This is a client facing role and would be ideal for an individual who has excellent all-round communication skills
* Proactive and committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure
* Be able to manage your own caseload with minimum supervision
* Possess strong advocacy and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
* Be prepared to develop further through networking and links with local sources of referral work.
* Self-sufficient and able to build own caseload
Experience Required
* 5+ years family law PQE
* Advanced Family Panel Member is an advantage
* Excellent and evidenced client care skills
* Previous experience handling a broad Family caseload
