A vacancy has arisen for a Chemistry Technician working as part of the school’s Science Faculty.

This interesting and varied role requires a personable, well-organised, self-motivated, flexible and reliable individual with experience in practical Chemistry, who would enjoy working with teachers and pupils.

• The successful candidate will be fluent in both written and spoken English and should possess a working knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel.
• Previous laboratory experience is essential as is a relevant qualification such as BTEC L3, NVQ L2/3 or equivalent.

There may be an opportunity, at a later date, for the successful candidate to be considered for a more senior post.

Normal hours of work will be based on working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Saturday; a flexible approach to working hours will be required.
