Deputy Nursery Manager

The successful candidate will be motivated and knowledgeable, with a proven track-record in delivering outstanding childcare and education to families within their care. Candidates will be passionate about delivering inspirational Early Years provision and demonstrate a strong work ethic with uncompromising commitment to achieving the highest standards at all times. A minimum of two years’ experience of working with children aged 1-4 years, and a NVQ level 5 qualification in childcare, are essential.
The Deputy Nursery Manager will fully support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the Nursery, including managing staff and liaising with parents.
The Nursery will be open between 7.30am and 6.30pm. The successful candidate will work 45 hours per week, in conjunction with the Nursery Manager, to cover these hours, but be expected to offer flexibility as required.
There is a possibility of renting a room in a shared School house, adjacent to the campus, for £400pcm.
The salary range for this role is between £26,776-£32,344pa (at September 2018 rates).
