Bridge McFarland Solicitors are recruiting for a Costs Administrator/PA to join our Costing team at our Grimsby Branch. Previous administration/PA experience is essential. Ideally you will also have previous experience of working within a law firm.
The Costs Administrator’s/ PA’s duties include, but are not limited to: typing of correspondence, processing incoming calls, managing the organisation of the Cost Manager’s diary and maintaining data spreadsheets. For further details, please see the attached job description.
The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative and organisational skill, together with the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative. Experience of working with Excel spreadsheets is essential.
You must hold a full driving licence, have access to a car and be willing to travel between the different offices in the region.
Salary is negotiable and will be dependant on experience.
