Are you a Lettings Negotiator looking for a new, full-time opportunity? Wise Employment are currently recruiting for a leading estate agents based in South Cornwall. With innovation and customer care at the core of the business, you will be joining a company who have a built themselves a fantastic reputation based on the quality of their customer service.
You will be carrying out viewing appointments and negotiating offers. You will also be generating new valuation leads, as well as attending valuation appointments. You will also be managing your own sales processes from the initial point of contact, through to exchange and completion.
You will have previous experience working within a similar role and have a track record of generating new business. A resilient, positive and self-motivated attitude is also essential. A natural flair for sales and ability to build rapport with everyone you meet would make you an ideal candidate for this opportunity.
