Help to Claim Support Workers
We are looking for two Universal Credit Help to Claim Support Workers, based in Lincoln city centre. We are looking for people to provide an effective and efficient support service for first time Universal Credit claimants.
The service includes the provision of advice, information and digital support via face to face, telephone and webchat. Training can be provided for the right candidates.
Salary: £19,939 pro rata Hours:
15hrs per week
Annual Leave: 34 days including bank holidays pro rata
Term: Fixed term to 31 March 2020
