Do you want to work in an innovative/flexible and agile way?  Do you have experience of multi-layered innovative and complex development in a registered provider or the private sector?

With a proven senior level track record in Development, you will drive Greenfields strategic plans for growth using innovative delivery models. You will have the ability to motivate, inspire and empower the Development and Sales teams to expand a new build programme and your track record of building strong relationships with internal and external partners will ensure a collaborative approach to achieving our aims. Managing a multi-million pound budget, you will control and manage risk, lead on the creation of innovative strategic partnerships and direct effective delivery of land acquisitions and new supply.


Working closely with colleagues in our Leadership Team you will build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, using your excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to deliver our ambitions and strategic objectives. With a strong strategic and operational mindset, you’ll develop and motivate teams to maximise their potential and drive performance.


An understanding of the UK housing and housebuilding and relevant regulatory, market and policy environment is essential as well as proven senior level experience of strategic interventions which have a clear return on investment.
