We are currently recruiting for a skilled customer service coordinator to work for our client, one of the UK's leading Construction Companies. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled customer service coordinator to positively contribute to their vibrant and customer focused team in Mountsorrel LE12

This Role will be working Monday to Friday core working hours

* Salary GBP10.20 ph

* Weekly pay

* Holiday pay

* Immediate start

* Full training provided

* Parking onsite

* Long term work

* working for a leading company in the construction industry

Your responsibilities include:

* Taking inbound calls form customers and clients

* Take purchase orders from clients over the phone

* Log purchase orders on the Internal System

* Follow up purchase orders

* Attend to and deal with customers queries over the phone

* Deal with complaints

* Advise on and deal with late deliveries using SAP system

* Provide excellent customer service to customers

The current environment is filled with enthusiastic and motivated individuals. If you are interested in joining their customer focused team you need:

* Previous customer service experience

* Experience taking high volume of calls

* Excellent Telephone manner

* Customer focused approach

* Proactive and organised

* IT Literate

* Oreder processing experience desirable

* SAP System desirable
