We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated customer service agent to join us on our mission to provide our customers with a personal and friendly service every time.

What your role will involve:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your day to day duties to include but not be limited to:
+ Leading by example in terms of service given and attitude to work
+ Assisting in the training of new and existing staff
+ Answering calls and emails from customers
+ Handling live chat and Facebook messenger
+ Processing replacement orders for customers
+ Being a customer and product champion
+ Encouraging those around you to deliver fantastic service
The ideal candidates for this role will:
+ Have great customer service and communication skills
+ Demonstrate flexibility
+ Be a process champion
+ Have the ability to encourage junior members of the team
+ Have the ability to be approachable and have a can-do attitude
Location: Colchester, Essex, CO4
Hours: Various start times between 8am-10pm - Shift 7.5 Hours.
