A fantastic career-development opportunity has arisen in our established team for a skilled IT Support Engineer / PC Builder.
We are a Microsoft certified partner with over 20 years of experience building PCs and Servers.
The IT Support Engineer / PC Builder Role:
+ Building computers with varying complexities
+ Configure and update PC builds
+ Ability to Install and configure operating systems
+ Upgrading, cloning and setting up laptops
+ Full PC Fault Diagnosis
+ Fault finding and repairing
Able to provide PC support Via Phone AND Email
What We are looking For:
+ Previous experience
+ Current hardware knowledge and how to configure it
+ Good written and verbal communication skills
+ Enthusiastic and passionate about your role
+ Able to help out in other departments as required
+ Polite, Helpful and friendly attitude
+ Smart appearance
+ 5 GCSE including English
