Conveyancing Paralegal
A fantastic firm located in Lincoln are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Residential team on a permanent basis.
The ideal Conveyancing Paralegal will be able to run their own caseload with the assistance of a Fee Earner, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, equity release and remortgages, both registered and unregistered.
As a conveyancing paralegal, you will be experienced in drafting relevant legal documents, utilising case management and preparing completion statements and fee accounts. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work towards targets.
The salary on offer is negotiable for the successful Conveyancing Paralegal.
