An independent consultancy are now keen to bring in an assistant to intermediate project manager to join their growing team in Derby.
You will be working directly with MRICS qualified Directors of the business assisting and even able to lead on your own projects which include numerous schools, hospitals, local authority and residential schemes across the Derbyshire county.
You will be given the trust to delivery as well as having autonomy in how you wanted to work in terms of working hours/flexibility in the role as they understand the modern way of working and striking a right balance to get the best out of all their staff.
You will be given a competitive package and enough exposure any ambitious project manager wanting to develop their career within a highly driven practice.
They are also open to perhaps any intermediate Quantity Surveyors or Building Surveyors who enjoy working more project side.
Experience Needed
* Relevant degree qualified (Surveying/Construction Management)
* Proven track record as a Project Manager (ideally within a consultancy/client side environment)
* Responsible for managing and delivering your own projects on time and within budget
* Pre and post contract experience
* Dealing with Tenders, negotiating with contractors, procurement knowledge etc
* Comfortable in Client facing role and developing Client relationships
