Fostering an open, friendly and supportive environment, we offer excellent training and plenty of opportunities to progress and develop.

So, if you’re looking to significantly increase your skill-set and make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Community Support Worker, you’ll support a woman with her day-to-day tasks in her own home and out in the community.

The woman you’ll support enjoys visits from her family, going to the disco, using her iPad, arts and crafts, shopping, walks, gardening and redesigning clothes (to name a few).

She’s looking for a patient Community Support Worker with a good sense of humour who can remain calm during times when she becomes anxious and enable her to achieve her daily goals.

- Experience of supporting someone with autism and complex needs
- A full, valid driving licence (as you’ll be required to drive the service user’s vehicle)

- Great communication skills
